Megan brings 16 years of mentoring experience with her work at Menttium. In her
role as a Senior Consultant, she works with internal and cross-company mentoring
programs to provide training and facilitate program events. She also provides
individual support to mentees and mentors, sharing guidance and best practices for
identifying goals, navigating partnership challenges, and accelerating growth.
Through this work she has gained a broad cross-industry, cross-functional
perspective.
