The New Jersey-Eastern Pennsylvania-Delaware HERC (NJEPAD) , established in 2005, is a non-profit organization composed of a diverse group of colleges and universities as well as research, medical, and cultural institutions. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts. The NJEPAD HERC includes members from New Jersey, northeastern Pennsylvania, central Pennsylvania, southeastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The NJEPAD HERC governed by an Advisory Board drawn from its member institutions and Princeton University serves as the lead institution.
