HERC promotes our job board to candidates who are already seeking to network and find new positions in higher education. HERC also hosts higher ed virtual career fairs, connecting job seekers and employers.

HERC uses strategic channels to reach job seekers where they are, such as through digital and print advertising, career centers, and community-based organizations.
