In-person and virtual outreach to job seekers. HERC reaches job seekers through in-person and virtual outreach at conferences and job fairs. HERC promotes our job board to candidates already seeking to network and find new jobs in the field of academia.
Targeted advertising towards diverse constituencies. HERC invests in print and digital advertising in publications and platforms serving diverse constituencies. Placing your jobs in front of thousands of qualified candidates. HERC emails millions of targeted job alerts to individuals who have expressed interest online. We promote our career development resources, like expert blog posts and virtual events, through our enewsletter (over 80,000 subscribers) and social media (over 37,000 followers) to keep job seekers engaged and returning to HERC throughout their career trajectory.
