Through its collective website, national and regional marketing initiatives, networking forums, and discount services, Midwest HERC has become the premier higher education recruitment resource for the region. The Midwest HERC is governed by an advisory board drawn from the member institutions . Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is the lead partner supporting the Midwest HERC.

Dual Career Network

The Midwest HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.

Midwest HERC members can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community
