Founded in 2008, the Mid-Atlantic HERC promotes equity and excellence in higher education recruitment throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts.
The Mid-Atlantic HERC HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.
Mid-Atlantic HERC members can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community.
