HERC and our partners at NEOED take a deep dive into our recent survey on workforce technology in higher education. We reviewed workforce technology benchmarks, as well as findings on budget and hiring forecasts; the intersecting roles of DEI and technology in recruitment and onboarding; and the potential of using technology in upskilling the higher education workforce. We will also identified areas where workforce technology can be leveraged to improve DEI outcomes and the efficiency of our recruitment and onboarding process.
