Public Regional Library

During 2020-21, the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) made tremendous progress to end systems and structures that create inequity. We took a hard look at our identity and shared vision for the future to develop new organizational statements that reflect our commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive higher education workforce. We produced timely and relevant resources for members and job seekers to support diverse and inclusive workplaces. Despite the progress that we achieved, we recognized that there is still much work to be done. Together, we must keep the momentum going to create workplaces where people from all backgrounds and perspectives can thrive.
