It focuses on self-awareness—what we need to know about how we show up before we ever engage with others. We explore internal, hidden obstacles to development that are connected to self-limiting mindsets and behaviors, then support leaders with self-management. Then we shift to social awareness: what we need to know about others before we take action. Finally, we move to relationship management to engage others to reach our goals.
