The DiverseScholar non-profit specializes in diversity talent sourcing for junior faculty positions. DiverseScholar offers a number of services to diversify the doctoral workforce. First, MinorityPostdoc.org is the premier website for diverse postdocs -- candidates for faculty openings especially in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. Second, DiverseScholar's Doctoral Directory is the nation's largest CV database of minority postdocs. Third, they also publish original articles about diversity news, issues, and events so they are more than just a job board. Finally, HERC members are invited to recruit diverse candidates at the DiverseScholar Postdoctoral Conference. Their late summer event serves to match the Fall faculty recruiting cycle (versus most existing diversity conferences that are undergrad focused and so occur in October and November). Conference exhibiting and marketing opportunities are incorporated into their Institutional Subscription options that combine online advertising with CV database access.
