HERC promotes our job board to candidates who are already seeking to network and find new positions in higher education. HERC also hosts higher ed virtual career fairs, connecting job seekers and employers.
• Targeted content and advertising. Tailored to meet the unique needs of a multifaceted talent pool, HERC’s Specialized Career Hubs provide a wealth of resources to support every step of the career journey—from job search to career advancement. HERC uses strategic channels to reach job seekers where they are, such as through digital and print advertising, career centers, and community-based organizations. • Placing your jobs in front of thousands of qualified candidates. HERC emails millions of targeted job alerts to individuals who have expressed interest online.
