HERC places your jobs in front of highly qualified professionals who are seeking employment at institutions like yoursworkplaces that value diversity, equity, and inclusion. Over three-fourths of HERC's jobseekers hold advanced degrees. Among HERC's job seekers, 69% are women, non-binary and gender-diverse people (69%); 1% are transgender people; 35% are people of color and multiracial people; 9% are people with disabilities; and 6% are veterans (sources: HERC's 2020 Job Seeker Survey and veterans' data).
