The Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) advances inclusive excellence in higher education recruitment and retention. Our regional structure strengthens collaboration between neighboring institutions, supporting your local recruitment and retention initiatives. Harnessing the collective power of over 700 institutions, we reduce the cost of national recruitment advertising and outreach. We also offer professional development opportunities and connections via HERConnect, our new member portal. Every member benefit listed below is included in your annual membership dues, saving you time and money as you build a strong, diverse workforce.
