Join your colleagues on Thursday, September 26th, for HERC’s fall professional development event, “Ellie Krug: “Gray Area Thinking.”® This training will provide an easy-to-understand toolset on how to be more welcoming of anyone who is “Other” in the workplace and in our society. Ms. Krug, a renowned speaker and one of the few attorneys nationally to try jury cases in separate genders, will address how individuals and organizations can move beyond the grouping and labeling of other humans according to such characteristics as skin color, religion, sexuality, or country of origin. The event will be held from 8:30-11:00 at TCF Bank Stadium at the University of Minnesota and will be broadcast live on YouTube. For more information, review the flyer.
