Panelists will be discussing how their college or university is utilizing current staff to fill employment gaps. The panel will be comprised of representatives from three New York Colleges/Universities: Ithaca, Tompkins Cortland Community, and University at Buffalo. There will also be time set aside at the end for Q&A and idea sharing.
