Please join us for the first HR Cohort meeting of the colleges and universities in the Upstate New York HERC region. This first cohort will be an informal discussion meant to share ideas and discuss challenges that those in roles related to recruitment face as part of their daily responsibilities.
The focus of this discussion will be:
- Recruitment outreach efforts on our campuses. What has been successful and what has not worked?
- Current recruitment challenges and wins. What challenges are you facing on your campus and what has been done to bring about positive changes to your recruitment efforts?
We are hoping that this event, and all future cohort meetings, will be interactive so please come prepared to share your ideas and thoughts.
