In the webinar session on Thursday, November 30, participants will learn about the elements necessary for successful change and how to identify and address the concerns, motivations, and expectations of various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, administrators, and students. By cultivating a culture of open communication, collaboration, and shared ownership, our session will prepare participants to effectively drive change initiatives forward.
During the interactive workshop on Thursday, December 7, participants will examine real-life scenarios and apply change management concepts to their own institutional contexts. They will gain practical skills in stakeholder analysis and change communication while applying strategies for effectively driving change initiatives forward. Bring an example of a current change project and collaborate with facilitators and participants to advance your initiative. We encourage you to attend the first session or watch the recording before attending the second session.
