    The 2026 Member Needs and Satisfaction Survey gives us a clearer picture of what our collective work looks like right now: where it feels most challenging, where support is landing, and where there's more we can do to connect members with what's available. This year's results reinforce something we hear often: the work has gotten more complex and resources are declining. The good news: four in five respondents said HERC delivers value, with strong ratings for relevance, consistency, and overall experience. Where do you need more support right now?
