The Mountain West HERC is a collaborative response of our member institutions to the challenges of recruiting and retaining talented and diverse faculty and staff. The Mountain West HERC was founded in 2023 and includes members from Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico and Arizona. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts.
