The Mountain West HERC is a collaborative response of our member institutions to the challenges of recruiting and retaining talented and diverse faculty and staff.  The Mountain West HERC was founded in 2023 and includes members from Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico and Arizona. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts.

The Mountain West HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.
