East Coast HERC Regional Collaborative
The New England HERC is proud to be part of the East Coast HERC Regional Collaborative which was established in the spring of 2020 as HERC regions in the Northeast Coast pivoted from in-person events to provide virtual programming, meetings, and networking opportunities for our members.
The East Cost HERC Regional Collaborative is currently made up of the following HERC regions and HERC directors:
Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC, Karen Fife, Columbia University
New Jersey/Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware HERC, Gilda Paul, Princeton University
Upstate New York HERC, Mary Jo Serafini, University at Buffalo

Dual Career Network
The New England HERC provides a dual career network made up of colleagues from member institutions who are willing to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses in order to help them identify available positions and assist them during the search process.

Regional Commmunity Based Organizations (CBO)
The New England HERC partners and collaborates with Community Based Organizations throughout the region. Access the directory of CBO's for more information about each organization, the target audience they work with, and contact information.
Regional Governance
New England HERC is a self-governing consortium, with each member institution able to play a role in making decisions and shaping its future. A Steering Committee drawn from member institutions provides policy and operational oversight.
