The Central Midwest HERC, established in 2017, is a non-profit organization composed of a diverse group of colleges and universities as well as research, medical, and cultural institutions. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts. The Central Midwest HERC includes members from Iowa and Nebraska. The Central Midwest HERC governed by an Advisory Board drawn from its member institutions and the University of Iowa (UI) serves as the lead institution.
The Central Midwest HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.
Members of the Central Midwest HERC can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community.
