This workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to deepen their multicultural knowledge, skills and awareness; understand key equity and inclusion concepts and frameworks; and also engage in interactive learning and exercises that develops their capacity to lead with a multicultural lens. The session will offer resources and strategies to create an inclusive organizational culture, equity-based search processes and inclusive hiring practices. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage in action planning and identify next steps.
