The South Midwest HERC (formally known as the Greater Missouri HERC) was established in 2007 and is a collaborative response of member institutions to the many challenges of academic recruitment and retention. The South Midwest HERC is composed of a diverse group of public and private colleges and universities, medical schools, world-class teaching hospitals and research centers and is comprised of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and southern Illinois.
The South Midwest HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.
South Midwest HERC members can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community.
