Dual Career Network

The Mid-Atlantic HERC HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.

Mid-Atlantic HERC members can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community

Regional Governance

The Mid-Atlantic HERC is a self-governing consortium, with each member institution able to play a role in making decisions and shaping its future.  An Advisory Committee drawn from member institutions provides policy and operational oversight.
