Northern California HERC, established in 2000, is a non-profit organization composed of a diverse group of colleges and universities as well as research, medical, and cultural institutions. Member representatives include faculty, staff, human resources professionals, institutional leaders, and faculty relations experts. The NorCal HERC includes members from the Northern California Region and Nevada.
The NorCal HERC provides a dual career network of colleagues from member institutions to exchange CVs/resumes of partners and spouses to help them identify available positions and assist them during the job search process.
NorCal HERC members can connect directly with colleagues from member institutions by using the member directory, as well as access resources and information in our dual career community.
