Diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for virtual recruitment & interviewing
In light of COVID-19, campuses pivoted quickly to online recruitment and interviewing. However, there are lingering questions about how to proactively reduce unconscious bias and increase diversity in our virtual recruitment and interviewing efforts. Bringing together our Midwestern HERC regions, which represent 135 member campuses, this half-day virtual meeting will address these pressing needs with expert guidance, new tools and resources, and input from regional colleagues.
