This session will give administrators and search committee members an inside view of the dual-career job search for academic couples. Participants will hear how an institution’s dual-career policies and practices, and even personal interactions, can positively or negatively influence where candidates choose to apply, the acceptance of job offers, early job satisfaction, and longer-term retention.
