Join us on Friday, February 20th as we put the spotlight on our Campus Outreach Toolkit, exploring how it can be used by anyone supporting recruitment, onboarding, professional development, or faculty and staff engagement to share that story more clearly.
In this short, focused session, we’ll walk through the Campus Outreach Toolkit and how it helps institutions communicate their membership in the Higher Education Recruitment Consortium to faculty, staff, job seekers, and the broader community. We’ll review what’s included, including member badge assets, talking points, communication templates, a customizable PowerPoint slide deck, and a “Get Started With HERC” flyer, and discuss where and when these materials are most useful.
The goal is simple: help more people on campus understand what HERC is, why the institution is a member, and how employees and candidates can access and use HERC resources without creating new materials or adding extra work.
This Spotlight is designed for anyone who has a role in helping campus stakeholders engage with institutional resources, whether that is through communications, onboarding, recruitment, or professional development.
Participants will leave with a clear sense of how to use the Campus Outreach Toolkit to make their institution’s existing commitments and workplace culture more visible through its HERC membership.
