Diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for virtual recruitment & interviewing
The Midwest HERC Collaborative's Fall 2020 Virtual Meeting will provide expert guidance, new tools and resources, and input from regional colleagues on how to proactively reduce unconscious bias and increase diversity in our virtual recruitment and interviewing efforts.
This half-day meeting is designed to maximize learning and engagement for participants from human resources, academic affairs, and diversity and inclusion offices. The meeting will kick off with short-form plenary remarks from a dynamic slate of speakers. Participants will then move into three concurrent breakout groups where speakers will facilitate interactive, deep-dive sessions on their topic. The meeting is currently pending HRCI & SHRM credit.
