During our workshop we will:
- Redefine joy by identifying meaningful ways to measure happiness and fulfillment at work.
- Re-evaluate happiness-related expectations and the stories we tell ourselves when we fall short.
- Explore strategies to make space for joy through the unique lens of the Greek philosopher Epicurus (i.e. learn to maximize pleasure and minimize pain to experience happiness in and outside of work).
