On Thursday, February 5th, join HERC partner, the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), for an engaging webinar exploring the latest workplace compliance challenges and emerging risks facing colleges and universities. This session will provide an in-depth look at how federal scrutiny of DEI programs, evolving Title VI and Title VII enforcement priorities, and executive actions affecting federal contractors and grant recipients are reshaping the higher education compliance landscape.
Participants will gain actionable insights on how these developments affect risk management, policy development, and legal exposure, and will have the opportunity to learn best practices for navigating these complex and evolving requirements. The webinar is designed for campus counsel, compliance officers, and other institutional stakeholders seeking to stay ahead of compliance trends and protect their institutions in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
