The challenge of every search committee is to use objective, fair, and rigorous processes to assess the depth and breadth of each applicant's background and abilities.  Decisions involving selection criteria predetermine those who are deemed most qualified.  The methods used to evaluate candidates against these standards reduce the pool to the most competitive candidates, and the tools used with the chosen methods ensure a fair and consistent process.  Join this program to learn how to design a professional search that makes selecting the right candidate simpler, easier, and more transparent for all involved.
