Presented by Team Hutch Consulting, this session focuses on supporting veterans and military-affiliated employees during times of active conflict and military deployment.
As global tensions escalate and military activity increases, many employees connected to military service - including veterans, reservists, National Guard members, military spouses, and family members - are navigating heightened stress, uncertainty, and rapidly shifting personal demands. These impacts are often immediate, deeply felt, and not always visible in the workplace.
We will explore the critical role that leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals play in responding with awareness, flexibility, and care during these moments. Participants will gain practical strategies for communication, support, and workplace practices that acknowledge both the human and operational realities military-affiliated employees may be experiencing right now.
This timely session offers actionable guidance to help institutions show up effectively for their employees, fostering stability, trust, and support when it matters most.
