In recent years, our divisive national climate has impacted many college campuses, resulting in increased conflict and fear of openly sharing ideas. Constructive dialogue - a form of conversation where people with different perspectives try to understand each other without giving up their own beliefs - provides a powerful tool to ensure that both free speech and inclusion can thrive. This interactive webinar for higher education administrators will provide a framework for fostering a culture of dialogue on campus and introduce evidence-based skills that participants can use in their everyday lives to transform potentially divisive moments into opportunities for meaningful exchange, deeper understanding, and a shared sense of belonging.
