Caitlin Field Jacklin 

Caitlin Field Jacklin is a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice focused on helping higher education clients drive value and impact through intentional diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, culture transformation, organizational change management, and communications strategy for large transformation efforts. For the past seven years, Caitlin has helped clients in both higher education and the private sector achieve their people missions through intentional, transformational strategies aligned with organizational strategy, mission, and values.

 

Sophia Sodhi 

Sophia Sodhi is a leader in Deloitte’s Strategy Consulting practice closely with Higher Education leaders and executives to think critically about how technology, talent, and innovative business operations can transform the future of teaching, learning, research, service and university administration to drive impact through organizational redesign and transformation.

 

Lazeric Banks

Lazeric is a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte who has worked across many industries including financial services, insurance, technology, media, communication, health sciences, consumer goods, and higher education. He received his Master of Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, where he focused heavily on diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, and employee engagement. Lazeric’s experience includes leading and driving initiatives across many human capital disciplines, such as talent acquisition, performance management, talent planning, employee experience, organizational development, learning & development, leadership development, change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
